Revenue Division
The Revenue Division, formerly the Business and Revenue Operations Division, is responsible for collecting City taxes; administering and collecting business license tax, related City business permits and business improvement district assessment fees; billing and collecting utility payments from all City residents and businesses; ensuring that delinquent debts are collected; managing the City’s investment portfolio, providing overall long-range financial projections; managing debt issuance; and processing daily cash deposits for all City revenue.

- Utility Billing
The Assistant City Treasurer heads the Revenue Division.
Interactive Fees & Rates Search
The Finance Department is pleased to announce the launching of an interactive fees and rates website. Our goal is to provide the public with a user friendly method of searching fees and or rates by department, fee name, category, or keyword.
Billing & Collections Office
The division provides billing services, including customer service and fund recovery services.
