Administration
The Administration Division directs financial strategic planning, manages the City’s investment portfolio, provides overall long-range financial projections, manages debt issuance, and coordinates payroll and management and maintenance of the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This division directs the Department’s activities, sets policies and procedures, and responds to inquiries from the public.
