My bill seems high. What do I do?

Compare your water usage to that in the same period a year ago by reviewing Your Water Usage History chart on your bill or online.  Visit the Water Resources website to learn How to Reduce Your Bill, which includes how to check for a leak and water saving tips.

What should I do if I forgot my Account Number or password to view my account online?

Your account number is located in the “Account Information” section in the upper left corner of your bill.  If you can’t find your bill, call Customer Service at 310-458-8224 extension 1.  If you forgot you password, go to the login page and click the “Forgot your Password?” link to reset it.

How do I start new water service?

New customers must complete an application.  For details visit How to Apply for New Service.

How do I stop water service?

It’s important to discontinue service in a timely manner as you will be responsible for the bill until we receive your request.  For details visit How to Discontinue Service.

I received a final notice from the City. What should I do?
