The condominium business license tax rate is $1,000 per planned salable unit. It applies to development and construction of all condominium projects, whether new construction or conversion from an existing building. The tax is imposed solely for revenue purposes.
How to Pay
- For an existing lien on your property, please contact the Treasury Section in person or by mail.
- For a new property, please contact the Building and Safety Division in the Planning and Community Development Department.
